WARLORD1863 6 years 8 months ago Posts: 518	because hasbro is producing only a limited amount of figures, yeah they will go up in price. Scalpers are all over the place, buying up the figures as soon as they come off the truck. Sneaky jerks pay off the back room guys so he get's first dibs. Happens a lot more than you might think. Certain figures and comic packs are rare because cases that get delivered to stores only have one of particular items in each case. In the first wave the cobra officer is hard to come by because of this. In terms of comic packs the Xamot and Tomax pack also got this treatment. As an avid Joe collector, I'm only picking up the figures that I truly want. The only collection that I'm going to really fill is my collection of original 3 3/4" joes from the 80's.
