Just wanted to say...

I fucking love pickles. I can't help it, they're so juicy and tangy and crispy and crunchy and refreshing.

Not to be crude or anything, but I love to take that first bite, then suck out the juice. Ahhh...

True story: My friend used to work at Disneyland, so I would go there a few times a month. Oftentimes the sole purpose of the visit is to get my hands on some amusement park pickles. They're more special than store bought, for some reason. One time, we went there 30 mins before closing time. I needed a pickle fix, pronto. The ONLY pickle we could find was at some candy shop, sitting all alone at the bottom of a huge jar of brine, room temperature, looking pretty sketch. I didn't care...I bought it...and it was amazing.

Any other fans?

Man, and I thought I loved pickles.

Vlasic's Zesty Dill Spears are my usual, but when I can find some Claussen Dill Spears, I get those. They're cold-packed, so they're fresher and crispier.

Another odd food that I have an avid love for is the green olive. I used to hate them, but I can't get enough now. Mazzetta's giant Spanish Queen olives (pimento-stuffed) marinated in vermouth are to die for.

There, now everyone can think I'm a kook, too. 8)

I love Pickles! I don't even care what brand it is as long as it's pickles.

I hate them.
I don't even like the smell of them.
I am pissed when I find them hiding in my sandwhich.

Hell yeah! I love when delis give you one for free too. I can eat about half a jar of those little baby dills in a sitting without even thinking about it.

I'm into pickles too, especially garlic dill. I'm the opposite of misspiggy, I put them in my sandwiches on purpose. I like the crunch and flavour they add to the party.

What about those pickles that are like 4" in diameter and 11" long? I have trouble taking those all in.

I see I am in good company here! I prefer Vlasic pickles if store bought, my dad says it's probably because I could possibly be related to the Vlasic family (we're both Croatian).

In America it's pronounced "vla-sick", but in Croatian it's "vlah-sheech".

It's interesting to read about how the stork came about to represent pickles:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vlasic_Pickles

And yes, Pixies, the very best pickles are freeeeee!

I like baby gerks. My mom had a tupperware pickle-type container that she kept stocked full of them in the fridge.

I can't resist the gianormous kosher ones that I get at the State Fair.

Try a crescent roll, slice it in half, slather on some dill spread, slap on some dill spears, shredded lettuce and your choice of meat. Yum!

I love pickles! The sweet kind, not the sour kind. I also love pickled beets. My aunt used to can those. I've found some good ones at the store. I loved the eggs in beet pickle juice my uncle used to make. Pretty and purple.

I've read that pickle juice is good for sore throats. I assume that can be any pickle juice. I love to drink beet pickle juice. It's so good! :D

I really like pickles too. I especially love the pickles at the Ren Fest, $2 for a fatty can't be beat.

I only like them on burgers or with a sandwich. I can't just eat a pickle by itself.

I once dated a girl who loved pickles, and she would always get them at the movie theatre. This automatically made us unpopular in the theatre. I don't know if you've seen this, but when somebody buys one of those movie theatre pickles, you start getting dirty looks from people in the theatre. They're loud, and everybody within 3-4 rows of you can smell it. It's considered the rude movie theatre treat.

My cousin is a fan of the giant pickles. When we would go to Knott's Berry Farm she would always get one. The giant ones are ok, but I like the ones in the jar. Whenever there is a party and there is a platter with pickles on it I go straight for it. I remember one time at my birthday party I ate a whole pickle platter. I really only like them plain I really don't like them in burgers or sandwiches.
