I'll be getting a Wii Points Card soon because I just got payed for shoveling my neighbor's driveways today, and PSIV will be the first game I download. However, I also found out that it is on the Sega Genesis Collection for the PSP, I think i'd enjoy it more on the go, and it looks like the game has updated graphics. Which should I get?

Xe-A-Thoul 5 years 10 months ago Posts: 6045	Well, if you have a PS2, PS3, or PSP, there are collections, yes. If so, we think it's best if you got the collection (if you have a PS3, an updated version of the collection will be out shortly, which'll feature stuff like Shining Force II and all that!) There's no updated graphics, though. We don't know why you'd get such an idea. Although, the idea of playing games like Sword of Vermilion and PSIV- Mezase Master stares gulp um... handheldedly... is a pretty plausible idea. So yes, you should get the collection. That way, you can play PSIV at school while you wait for the bell to ring.

Sure you can spend eight dollars on PSIV, but if you find a used copy of SEGA Genesis Collection on the PS2 (dunno how much PSP would be), for ten or twelve more dollars, you can get a shitload of more? Better feel? I guess I can agree with that. The Classic Controller feels a lot better than a PS2 controller.

I don't really take my handhelds to school because its a big school and I'm always afraid it will get stolen. However, i'm thinking about making a PSIV shirt in my Graphic Arts Lab. My PSP sucks, well, the slim is better I mean. Its hard to play the old version of the PSP in well-lit places, including the daytime in sunlight. I'd rather get it on the Wii, and then maybe think about getting it for the PS2 with all the collection goodies.

Xe-A-Thoul 5 years 10 months ago Posts: 6045	You know, it baffles me on why they've decided to put the Game Gear versions of Sonic 1, 2, and Chaos in stuff like Sonic Adventure DX, Sonic Gems Collection, and Sonic Mega Collection Plus rather than the Master System versions. Less space? Sure, but it wouldn't be THAT much space.

ImAllTheRage 5 years 10 months ago Posts: 2030 Account Disabled	It isn't too sad, considering the Master System ran with superior hardware to the NES. And MicroMan, you could always go with Xe-A-Thoul's namesake, and put the three Xe-A-Thoul aliens on it. Or, you could use Zio. He's pretty recognizable, and you can find good art from the cutscenes.
