    which would you live in?

    1950's
    1960's
    1970's
    1980's
    1990's
    other? (please elaborate)

I thought this was an amusing idea for a thread. Anyway, I was born in 1984, but I sometimes wish I was born in 1980, so I could experiance the 80's in full.

    You?

Each decade is cool in it's own way (except maybe the '50s). So lets see...I lived through all of the '90s but only spent 4 years in the '80s BUT...
I have some odd fascination with toys/commercials/children's shows from the '70s. There is something about it that really makes me happy (it may be that half my toys and shows i watched came from that decade). So i guess it would have been cool to be born in the late '60s so i could have been a child in the '70s and teen in the '80s.

I'd like to be my current age during the 1991 - 1996 time period (grunge era).

I think I would have really been happy being born in the mid 70's, that way I'd have most of my childhood in the 80's and then be in my teens/ late teens for the Grunge and Alternative times.

What would really be happy would be starting out at age 18 in 1965 then pogressing from there. The place I'd be wouldn't matter so much as there were interesting things going on most places.

Why are the 1950's not cool in their own way?

I'd probably go to the 80s-90s so I could collect every Nintendo console and game ever made.

                    1990, 91, 92, 93, or 95. I was happier during those times. :)

For all my 80s fandom, I'm happy in this decade and I wouldn't want to live in any other one. I have a really long way to go in many ways, but I'm happy with where I am now.

I already lived through my fave decade, the 1990's, but I wish I could return to it.

It would be interesting to experience 1965-1969, but the first half of the 60's was to heavy with the opression.

                                      60's and the 80's

60's because of the great television and music. And all the historic happenings of the decade have got to be worth seeing in person.

80's-c'mon I was there once and never wanted to leave. The reasons why are nigh unto endless.

I would want to be my current age in the 60s or the 80s. The 60s because I love the clothing styles and the overall carefree attitude from that era. And the 80s so I could see my favorite bands in concert.

The 1980's because that's my favorite decade despite that I only lived half of the decade.
