nah, this drink had like little blue beads at the bottom. They were a gummy texture.

          It was wild.

I jus googles it...they're tapioca pearls!

I do enjoy some crabmeat rangoons(sp) with some beef fried rice. Beef and broccoli over some white rice is tasty too.

No, but can you please explain this to me..when you order "live" abalone, or whtever in NY, WHAT exactly does that mean? Probably a scam, damn expensive and seems dead as anything else..

When I go to the Chinese restaurant in my town (Sesame Inn), I get General Tso's Chicken with steamed rice and hot & sour soup. It's awesome!

Does anyone remember what Wayne from Waynes World says when he's ordering chinees food?

Bourbon Chicken. Although I usually get it at a Japanese booth at the mall's food court, it seems that some Japanese and Chinese food can be interchangeable.

I also like Ramen noodles. Chicken and Beef flavors.

Any Asian food is my favorite, whether it be Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, whatever. Here in America it gets kind of mixed together though. What I like is vegetable fried rice, Vietnamese rice noodles, vegetable spring rolls, and any kind of broccoli and beef stir fry.

I think its probably been Americanized just like Taco Bell is Americanized mexican food. They took the greatiest, meatiest parts of the cuisine and made it fattier and sweeter.

I bet chinese is the same way (although not nearly as exagerated)

I think you are right on with that statement about asian food, O great Pixie. 8)

One of my friends moved here from Vietnam 12 years ago and started a restaurant. The food he has on the menu is like the stuff on a typical menu at any family restaurant here in the respect that it is what is believed you would want the most( after they make it even more unhealthy to draw you in). The meals he cooks at home are nothing like what is in demand at the restaurant. Kinda like a lot of things people make in the US at home wouldn't be on a typical US menu and if it was it would have about 400 calories more there.

So what goes into a Poo Poo platter anyway? How could you order one with a straight face?

                                      Poo Poo platter."
