Stating the obvious again, eh Sonic the Hedgehog 64? Also, what you have is the licensed Namco(t) version, and not the unlicensed Tengen version. They're pretty much the same.

(There wasn't a single female in the game.) Side-note: This was the absolute hardest game I've ever played in my LIFE. The graphics were pretty decent and trippy though.
