                      Any good size cut, medium rare. Having some Jack Daniels BBQ sauce, mushrooms and some carmalized onions in there is something I go for too.

                              I am not sure. I have had it at restaurants and I have bought it at stores also. At the store it comes in a sealed marinaded packet thingies. :lol: I don't know, but it is good.

                                      I like a prime rib, ribeye or t-bone and generally just season my steak with lots of cracked pepper and some salt and saute it to medium-rare in peanut oil.
