Sunni 6 years 9 months ago Posts: 429	I hate what they did to Trix cereal. It used to be one of my favorites before they turned into those stupid cereal balls. Sure, it still tastes the same, but the texture was what made the flavor so much better. I buy generic brands that still make the cereal shaped like the fruits just to be spiteful and stick it to the big corporations. And also a better shopper because it costs less too.
	Recipe for nostalgia: Mix 80's and 90's culture. Stir in some good memories. Add a dash of reflection. Mixture should now taste bittersweet. Shake well and enjoy!

I was a little Pissed Off myself when they reverted back to the original shape of the Trix Cereal. I liked it alot better when they had it in the shapes of the fruit.

Trix would put ballots on the back of their cereal boxes, that you could mail to trix so kids could elect to allow the rabbit to eat or not. Everybody always voted yes, then there would be a commercial showing the votes being counted and the rabbit would then be given a bowl of trix cereal. Anybody remember this?

One they look original and appetizing, and Two they're easier to Digest. When they Made'em Fruit shaped and added a harder coating,(which made them feel almost stale) I had so many stomach aches and closed throats (yes my throat closes up from time to time) to the point that I couldn't eat them anymore. Exactly! WTF do they think they're trying to pull with the round shaped cereal pieces? They're just doing it because it's cheaper. I also think I've heard that they're making their cereal boxes smaller - less cereal for the same price.
