It makes you lazy, fat and impotent.

Might as well flush your money as well as your health away.

I like it just as much as the next guy, but Jesus Christ, we gotta cut back on this shit.

I hate fast food, it doesn't even taste that great. I'm the guy that rather cook than to go out and blow money on McDonalds crap. I only eat it very sparingly (like once every 6-8 months).

Poor ol' McDonalds. They're really suffering since that Super Size Me movie came out. Then again, on another thread here I saw that people didn't like McDonalds because their serving portions are too small. What the fuck...

I don't eat at McDonald's as much as I eat at Burger King. I used to eat at Burger King at least twice a week when I was a senior in high school. I think I might have put on some weight then. Now I only eat there at least once every two weeks.

Try eating vegetables and whole grains in place of fast food for about a month and I gurantee you that you will feel much better.

I think learning how to cook is the best thing anyone can do. You can make some tasty shit at home but if you don't know how to cook your only real option is fast food. Check out a few cookbooks.

My wife sucks at cooking, but I'm teaching her how to.

I'm bad at it too. I'm slowly picking up techniques through trial-and-error though.

I'm learning to cook fast food.
I want to make thin gray/greenish hamburgers just like McDonalds.

You need to start with frozen, 10 month old ground-up connective tissue, then let it thaw and freeze a few times.

You'll then need to pay yourself minimum wage to fry up a patty, making sure to hock a loogie on it.

I love cooking and love all types of food...fast food included. Today I had cheeseburger from McDonalds.. But of course I know it is bad quality, crappy food!!! I think I only liked it because I covered it in ketchup..but so what? ---I enjoyed it! I don't eat it every day..and I didn't have the GIANT size of anything..that makes a difference, too! It truly is about the portions..

Yeah, that's true. Its amazing how many people eat fast food everyday, sometimes multiple times a day.

Its just like, "How the hell are you still alive?"

Fuck this society and its capitalism, there's the root of the problem of fast food.

Fast food is a drug, no doubt about that. It lures you in young with advertisements making it look "cool" and the bribe that is the happy meal toy. Then you are hooked for life. Not to mention it is CHEAP and available 24/7.

With that said I eat fast food several times a week, though not every day and certainly never 2 times a day unless I am on a roadtrip that lasts more than 8 hours. Also, I eat at places like Subway which aren't as bad as the fried food establishments.

Moreso than the food and its content, fast food is bad because it creates waste, waste, and more WASTE. You need a wrapper for the burger, a container for the fries, a cup for the drink and even though you aren't in the car you need to put a lid and use a straw for that drink. Just another American addiction, that of unnecessary packaging.
                              GHITI is pronounced "fish".

THE BEST TRIP IS A NOSTALGIA TRIP!

                                Meh.

We are all going to die anyways.

I have it maybe once a week at most, and I think that would not harm a healthy lifestyle. It's the people who take their kids to McDonald's every night because they're too lazy to cook who have the problem, and they're only passing these bad habits to their kids. I think all parents should encourage watching the Food Network. I enjoy watching it, and after just a few months I've learned countless cooking techniques and recipe ideas.

Man, last night I made chicken fried chicken, real mashed potatoes, toast bread, and slapped a side of steamed broccoli next to it. Then I wet the whole thing with chicken gravy. That shit was outta sight!

                                        Mc who?
