I was recently given an old autograph of some baseball player that had missing fingers. I am only looking after it while the owner leaves the country for quite some period.

The only thing I can understand is "Brown" of the signature.

I know nothing about Baseball, other than it is a glorified version of a girls game we have in England that we call "Rounders".

Who is this "Brown" fella? Is he famous?

Three Finger Brown. He's a Baseball Hall of Famer.

        Never heard of him.

Will the autograph be worth something, then?

Probably, given its age and the fact that he's in the HOF.

Cool. I'd better look after it, then.
