    		 you can use the flash mx program to convert video footage into an animated GIF Image!
    just follow my instructions below!

    1.Select Flash Document.

    2.Click on File and Import to stage.

    3.Select the video you want to import into flash.

    4.Select whether to import entire video or not.

    5.Select The Video Quality.

    6.it should now be importing into flash!

    7.When this window pops up click yes.

    8.The video is now imported!

    9.Click on file export, export to movie.

    10.Select a file name and select animated GIF.

    11.Adjust the settings to your perspective and hit ok!

    12. it is now exporting and after that you are done!
