Maybe some do, but I sure as hell don't. Stupid fashion 'statement' anyway. Why are they sagging anyway? Are they wearing a diaper? Carrying their drugs? Keeping a baby warm?

Wearing your pants baggy meant that you up for some prison sex. Once again this is just what I was told.
