    		 It was called something like "the peanutbutter invention" or something. It was about a boy who goes bald. So after a failed attempt of glueing a wig to his head, he (or his friend... I can't remember) comes up with a peanutbutter concoction that gives him a full head of long hair.. I remember that there were villians chasing him for some reason, and also that the friend puts the peanutbutter stuff on his *ahem* genitals and it shows hair hanging out the bottoms of his pants....

    .....now that I think of it, this was a disgusting show for kids to watch.. I was only around 5 when I saw this :?

              		 yeah i remember my grandad bought that movie, and told me, "you would probably like it...it's kind of like those Goosebumps books you read."

              so after watching it (and yes it did show hair growing from the chinese kids nuts) i realized it was nothing like the Goosebumps books.

                		 That movie was ***weird***. I haven't seen it in over 15 years, but pieces of it have always stuck with me. The kid seeing something scary and going bald, the hair growing back super fast and the paintbrushes being made with his hair by some bad guy. I could never remember the name or find anyone else who had seen it (or at least remembered seeing it), though.

                  		 I think I was around ten when I saw this movie and I thought it was complete crap. I watched the whole dang thing, though, because it was better than going outside and getting some actual exercise or something.

                  I only remember bits and pieces of the movie. The old ghost couple scares the kid so badly that he wakes up bald. They give him the peanut butter solution to grow hair but it works too well and he grows too much hair. I think he dreams about dogs chasing him because his hair is so long...? And the bad guy wants him because the hair can be used to make magic paintbrushes -- when you paint a scene with the magic paintbrush, you can actually go into the painting. Or am I getting this movie mixed up with another?
