Octavian, Augustus, Just because he built an empire that all present goverments have tried to copy.
Tiberius the succesor of Augustus - because when his son Drusus by the woman he loved Vepsanian was killed he built a palace that went into the earth to be closer to his son ( that is the legand). Another legand has it that Tiberius went insane and lost all hope when he heard DRusus was killed, (this is when the story of him throwing people of the cliffs began to emerge)What man would not feel these emotiond for his child.
Euripdes because he wrote the play Medea
Megatron- because he said I still function when everything was lost
Atheletes - I hold no admiration for, what have they contrbuted to society? Entertainment, nothing that makes a differnts in society, but a time to get drunk! Party and humiliate themselves.

My idol is Tommy Lee of Mötley Crüe. I know he's not the best role model given his past but he's a very talented drummer, dedicated father and just an all around free spirit. And he's covered in tattoos which I will be someday. I really wish I could meet him someday.

Another Idol of mine is Jim Morrison! In a world run by conservative intolerance, he had the guts to stand up to it and shake the world with the power of rock and roll.

Sherlock Holmes (except for the coke thing )
Vincent Van Gogh
Ansel Adams
Scott Mutter
Paul Newman
I never knew Sherlock Holmes was a coke head
Read "The 7% Solution" it descibes all about his addiction.
He's one observant tweeker........ prolly don't find that funny unless you've seen The Salton Sea.
Autobot Matrix- Oh man I used to admire Alan Shearer so bad in the late nineties when he played for Newcastle. It was near the end of when I paid attention to Premier and FIFA in general. I even imported his favorite brand of bacon potato chips
Actually it was opium... Holmes drug of choice that is.
Shearer has only just this season really started to slow and how heart breaking it is. Last season he was really firing in all the UEFA cup games and I thought he would never age...
But now it's all hopes on Michael Owen and Charles N'Zogbia. (I'd be surprised if you knew who he was!!!)
Constructicon: "Nobody would follow an uncharasmatic bore like you!"
Rumble: "Nobody calls Soundwave un-chrasa-matic!"

Actually it was opium... Holmes drug of choice that is.
While it's mentioned that he uses morphine, the drug most commonly refered to in Holmsian lore is cocaine.
The Sign of the Four wrote:
"Which is it to-day?" I asked,--"morphine or cocaine?"
He raised his eyes languidly from the old black-letter volume
which he had opened. "It is cocaine," he said,--"a seven-per-
cent. solution. Would you care to try it?"
