Not that I'm any better but I'll try my best... 1. What do you mean that you can't convert your avy into a file. Just save the pic as any known format PNG/GIF/JPG in a folder in the HDD or in tinypics/photobucket or the likes. 2. As far as I know BBcodes works here.
