It is a semi-political comic featuring many different comics, usually each was only 1 page long. It was really funny, but there are only so many times I can read it.

Some of those comics look like they might be valuable; like some of the "Batman's", deffinetly X-men and Dazzler..maybe it's old so it might be worth something. New Mutants should be valuable too.

Your best bet is going to a local comic shop and having them look them over for you then you can sell the more valuable ones on ebay for a pretty penny.

Ok I looked up a few prices for you based on the lsiting on the Sep '07 Wizard comic magazine

For the various covers look inside on the copy right page it should tell you the cover type there.
                Superman #75 Cover A $20, Cover B $110 newstand cover C $7
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles #1, 2 if it’s the Mirage comic 1984-93 series and is the 1A cover it’s worth $900! Issue 2 $70
                Uncanny X-Men #282 - $6
There are break in th issue #'s lsited so that's why this look sort of random they don't have very comic lsited either. Bt this site might help you out some...

some of those are probably reprints though...i think he said he got them in grab bags...i doubt theyre originals, thus making them practically worthless
