I collect buttons for my denim jacket. I mainly look for buttons from the 80s, but I'll occasionally win one from before or after the decade. I also collect retro T-shirts as well. I've collected several genuine items including a gray shirt that promoted the release of the "Footloose" soundtrack, a shirt that promoted a company that worked on several movies from 1984, and my newest acquisition, a Samantha Fox T-shirt from her 1989 tour.
I also collect 80s movies on VHS, mainly rare and out-of-print titles. I have many MGM and Warner Brothers Big Box VHS releases, as well as others from old labels like Vestron and Media. Although I'm a guy, I'm fascinated by how women looked in the 80s and I've collected some beauty videos from that time, involving things like make-up and clothing. When it comes to VHS titles, I also visit rental stores, many of which are clearing out their VHS stock to make room for DVDs. I've gotten some great titles at very cheap prices. I also collect WWF videos, mainly from the Attitude era, but occasionally from both the Hulkamania and New Generation periods as well. I've also procured some shoot interviews as well, including interviews with Roddy Piper, Wendi Richter and Tammy Lynn Sytch.
I also collect 80s music CDs as well, mainly dance, pop and R&B discs. I've also won a few DVDs, mainly 00s titles, but occasionally 80s movies as well.
eBay is something I really enjoy.
