I recently started collecting toys I had as a kid. We had a fire when I was in elemetary school that destroyed everything I had, so ebay is my obsession. I buy and sell on ebay and rarely have a problem with anyone. Every problem except one was resolved through paypal. The down side of ebay is that some jerk can destroy your reputation after cheating you out of money or a product. I think that sucks.

I bought two Baby Sprout dolls(a boy and a girl) on ebay that were still in the original packaging.

One of my favorite ebay finds was a complete fisher price woodsey log house.I am still searching for the book to make the set complete(lightning strikes twice).
I also collect vitage veiwmasters and reels. I have a pretty impressive collection of reels and projectors as well as the original viewmasters.Ifind most of those at garage sales. My family have a good time making fun of me for the veiwmaster obsession. :D

I have a good sized collection of fenton glass items also.

I collect autographs, mostly actors and musicians, as well as 'others' which consists of politicians, lesser known people... Not sure how many I have currently, but at the moment I keep them in a folder. I'm thinking of getting a portfolio to store them in. I acquired a good number of them from the days when I used to work on a certain interview show that's taped in New York City.

Some of the autographs in my collection are: Laurence Fishburne, Robert DeNiro, Whoopi Goldberg, Kenny Loggins, Art Garfunkel, Samuel L. Jackson, John Travolta, David Dinkins. I even have the autograph of Joseph Manuella, a stunt double for Robert DeNiro, who was arrested a few years ago for impersonating him!

My most cherished autograph(s) has to be one of my favorite bands, Bread, who I saw during their 25th Anniversary tour back in '96-'97. A few years back, two members, Mike Botts and James Griffin, died within a few months of each other. I'm so glad and fortunate to see them when I did since the 25th Anniversary tour was their last.

As far as e-bay goes... I never used it.

I collect action figures and plushies. I have an assload of them, but only a small handful of said toys with me at school. I collect Ninja Turtles stuff, DBZ, Pokemon (certain characters), vintage My Little Pony, Medabots, and anything Sonic-related. As of currently, I have these toys staring at me from my desk: Three Vegetas, SS4 Goku (holding my laser pointer), two Ponies, Mewtwo, Sonic holding my spiky earrings, Shadow holding my lighter, a big Sasuke (no, I don't like Naruto...but I think Sasuke is cute. And he's holding my mini voodoo doll), and the newest part of my toy family: Beatmix Bumblebee.

I also collect vinyl records of my favorite bands; I don't have a victrola, but I hang them on my wall. I'm still waiting for my Journey record to journey off my wall and onto my face when I'm asleep.

I've gotten all my Shadow stuff off eBay - I have three Shadow plushies (looking to get #4 soon), two Shadow hats and a t-shirt (soon to be two shirts). But I love eBay in general - someone is always selling a 'lot' of Ninja Turtles toys really cheap and it's awesome. And it's a good place to go and find second-hand Hot Topic stuff.

I collect buttons for my denim jacket. I mainly look for buttons from the 80s, but I'll occasionally win one from before or after the decade. I also collect retro T-shirts as well. I've collected several genuine items including a gray shirt that promoted the release of the "Footloose" soundtrack, a shirt that promoted a company that worked on several movies from 1984, and my newest acquisition, a Samantha Fox T-shirt from her 1989 tour.

I also collect 80s movies on VHS, mainly rare and out-of-print titles. I have many MGM and Warner Brothers Big Box VHS releases, as well as others from old labels like Vestron and Media. Although I'm a guy, I'm fascinated by how women looked in the 80s and I've collected some beauty videos from that time, involving things like make-up and clothing. When it comes to VHS titles, I also visit rental stores, many of which are clearing out their VHS stock to make room for DVDs. I've gotten some great titles at very cheap prices. I also collect WWF videos, mainly from the Attitude era, but occasionally from both the Hulkamania and New Generation periods as well. I've also procured some shoot interviews as well, including interviews with Roddy Piper, Wendi Richter and Tammy Lynn Sytch.

I also collect 80s music CDs as well, mainly dance, pop and R&B discs. I've also won a few DVDs, mainly 00s titles, but occasionally 80s movies as well.

eBay is something I really enjoy.

What do you collect? I'm going to say Care Bears and Strawberry Shortcake. I collect a lot of other stuff, but these two are my mains.

How do you collect the items? How do you have them displayed and other stuff? I get them from yard sales, flea markets, online, if they appear in stores, and as gifts. I display my Care bears on shelves, and my random CB and SSC is on my bed.

What do you think of eBay in obtaining your collections? eBay is annoying. I hate how people can set a maximum price that will outbid you automatically. Although my mom gets some stuff for me on eBay. I just can't bid right. :c

Have you ever completed a Series of Toys, etc? No, although after Grumpy and Share I'll have all the 13" Care Bears from the US.

What is the one or few items you still need in your collections? I still need a lot, actually.
