I remember when they first came out I taped probably every episode of I love the 80s. just the idea that there were others who loved the 80s and they were gonna have a show, with just a bunch of people going "i remember that" sounded so promising. I've been looking for info on the new show....I'm glad mystie posted that site. I remember a little before this series came on, i was still in high school and someone was interviewing people about what they thought the next big trend would be, I said its totally gonna be the 80s all over again, I can just tell. the chick thought I was crazy. ha, I so won. which was fine by me seeing that I've never stopped loving 80s stuff since about 1990 lol.

Unfortunately VH1 has yet to consider giving I Love the 70's a sequel at all. But both "I Love the 80's" shows were great. I definitely look forward to it...

I don't watch those shows entirely out of Nostalgia, I also watch them for a rather amusing little history lesson especially I didn't know about. But yeah the 90's ones were good. "Part Deux" was pretty decent but the 1st one was much better IMO.
