Does anyone remember this show? The Crypt Keeper used to scare the hell out of me. everytime I watched the show I would freak out and start crying lol. I was around 5 or 6. His laugh just freaked me out and he was ugly. Im not afraid of this show anymore, I actually wanna see a few episodes!

That show was actually pretty good. It's too bad both of the movies stunk.

Man, I used to enjoy it because those stories were actually scary! But the one that creeped me the most was the very last episode which was their version of "The Three Little Pigs", the only animated episode.

It does make me sick.

I think there's only one official tftc DVD with a few episodes. It would be great to see the entire series released.

The best episode of Tales From the Crypt was the one where Christopher Reeve played a restaurant owner who killed his asshole landlord and served him up as a hot new menu item that quickly becomes the talk of the town.

I loved the irony of that show. I still love those kinda tales.
If anyone can help me get my hands on King Arthur and the Knights of Justice episodes (other than the first five which were released on DVD way back in 2004), please contact me (PM). I really want to see this show again.

my fave episode so far on Tales from the Crypt was the one with the evil owner of a funeral parlour who breaks his nephew's legs all because he used the wrong type of wood for a coffin

                      he was sooooo wicked

The first episode I ever saw was "Terror Television" where Morton Downey Jr. was a talk show host going inside a haunted house. That was my all time favorite episode and it was the BEST!

They made Meatloaf out of "Meatloaf", good episode it was. that actully made me want to have some steak afterwards. As gross as it sounds but it's weird with me.

Oh man, I use to love this show! Me and my father use to watch this together, while he made me crackers and cream cheese. The crypt keeper was a funny dude, but he was also pretty creepy, lol.

Tales From the Crypt was okay, but I liked The Outer Limits more.

The first two seasons were out of this world. The series jumped the shark after season 3.

You would get along fine with my friend Catherice. She loved Tales from the Crypt, when it first came out. To this day, she still does.

I recall seeing only one episode. In one story, a teenager got addicted to playing a video game in an arcade, and got imprisoned in the game. Nothing special. In another, a man who lived in a monastery decided to leave it. When he was alone on a desert highway, out of nowhere came this black monster truck with obscured windows and an upside-down crucifix inside it. It pursued him, IIRC from different directions, and finally crashed into his car. But he survived and decided to return to the monastery. That one was quite chilling.

That's not TFTC,that's 80s horror flick Nightmares. You're probably confusing them because Nightmares was also a series of horror short storie episodes.
