I own Intellivisions Greatest Hits for my computer. GGGAAAWWWDDD do those graphics suck, but they're fun anyway, especially when you have nothing better to do. My favorites are Night Stalker, and Tower of Doom.

I have my original intellivision int he closet and most of the games. I also have a box of unopened intellivision cartridges.

My favorite Intellivision games were (in no particular order)
Auto Race (the first game that let you powerslide around turns basically!)
          Microsurgeon (an amazingly fun game)
Advanced Dungeons and Dragons (a true classic!)
          Tron: Discs of Tron
          Sea Battle
          Star Strike

          and of course B17 Bomber

          "Watch Out...For Flack.."

          "Bandits...12 o'clock.......watch em"

          "BOMBS AWAY!"

I don't know how many of the rest of you guys had an Intellivision, but I felt it deserved its own thread in here. In my opinion it was the most under-appreciated system of all time. I was born in 1980, and was lucky to grow up with an Intellivision in the house for as far back as my memory goes.

There was a compilation game, Intellivsion Lives!, come out for PS2, but any fan who bought that can tell you it was unplayable and lacked many of the titles we held dear. So what was you guys' favorite memories and games of the Intellivision?

B-17 Bomber (that speech adaptor was awesome!)
            Bump N' Jump
            NFL Football
            Sea Battle
            Utopia
            Triple Action (Biplanes)
            Mission X
            Hover Force
            Lock N Chase
Tron: Deadly Disks just to name a few.....

B-17 Bomber was awesome and yes I had the speech adapter
            Bump N' Jump GREAT GAME
Triple Action was one of my favorite, you could choose between 2 tanks, 2 cars, or 2 biplanes
            Lock N Chase was alright
Tron was a lot of fun

Frog Bog - jumping from lilypad to lilypad sticking the tounge out and eating flies

Haha yeah there came a point where you couldnt duck around the corner and shoot the robots, then they shot through the jail cell/safe house.

nothing pissed you off more in that game than getting hit by a bat and the 4 second fall down it seeemed

I never had INTELLIVISION, but I remember the commercials . . . George Plimpton, if I remember correctly. Also, I remember the weird joystick-add on that you could stick to the circular pad. I did have two 2600 games made by Intellivision . . . . TRON titles. The coolest part was that I had a lighted, blue TRON joystick that was a replica of the arcade control. I am forever grateful for INTELLIVISION for this . . . as well as trying to push the limits of the home video game console. Just the name (INTELLI-) laid the ground for consoles to be fun, yet more than simple toys (ala DS/WII).

Ever try playing the game without them, god its such a challenge. Well not really if your used to the game but if your like me and pull it out every once in a blue moon it is. I don't know what happened to the sleeve inserts but most of my intellivision games were played without them. Think of how annoying it was playing baseball and trying to pick the right dude to catch the ball.
