Does anyone remember this toy from the 80s? It was some type of action figure or something that you had to lay out in the sun and it would grow reallly large. It was made of some kind of gelatin, rubbery substance, and eventually it would wear out and have to be thrown away.

        Nope, don't remember that one.
I'm not even sure what they could make him out of that would display that kind of massive thermal expansion... :?

I have no idea. I just remember something about having to leave it outside in the sun. I believe it may have been wrapped in some type of foil packaging too.

I remember the other things that grew under the water. They were magical rocks or something, right? The chemicals were in plastic pouches, kind of like oversized condiments. I was always warned against messing with the chemicals in them. In fact, I think they had all kind of "DANGER" warnings on them did they not? Great thing to market for kids. LOL
