      		 recently they did a parody of it on "Robot Chciken", where Racheal goes crazy and starts hitting everyone and everything with a frying pan!

            		 The Rachel Leigh Cook PSA came out in 2001 or so. I pretty sure on this. 1999-2001. but I think it was '01
