    		 Does anybody remeber a tv show called "white shadow", gave in the late 70's early 80's, i was wondering if this is on dvd or if i could get shows from somewhere, thanks

      		 Ken Howard played a former NBA star who blew his knee out and lost his career. The premise of the show was him coaching an inner city high school basketball team, and helping the guys out of problems. The show tried to tackle social issues( drinking, pregnancy, drug, ghetto life, etc. I figure they called it the White Shadow because Ken Howard was white and shadowed them trying to guide and help them.

      Look for the student named "Salami".

                		 I remember that, but I only watched it a couple times. I think it used to be on Nick-at-Nite for a while REAL late at night.
