    		 Does anyone remember Earthbound for Super Nintento?
    It was called Mother 2 in japan...

    It was an RPG featuring Ness as the main character and later teaming up with Paula, Jeff and Poo.

    This was the best fucking game EVER created, i am sure of it. It was actually very lengthy and even challenging at times. There were sooo many awesome little places to go and it actually took real planning and strategy when fighting.

    Just walking around the little towns was the most entertaining thing in the world too.

    The enemies were great...going after Gygias, and dealing with the ever-so-annoying Pokey. I loved how EVERYTHING was a "bad guy"...hippies, scorpians, taxi cabs, zombies, you name it...

    It was such a hilarious game too, all the little things that people said or that objects were described as...the way the Japanese viewed western culture was so great.

    Dad was the telephone and mom would always cook you "shit" (or whatever you typed in at the start of the game) before scooting you up to bed to recover your HP/PP.

    Onett, Twoson, Threed, Happy Happy Village, the Desert, Fourside, etc etc etc...were all so fun. And the music for each town/the hotel/shops/battlescenes/everything was just the best. I downloaded a bunch of the music the other day and was very nostaligic...

    Earthbound rocks....i crave a new one...

      		 we need more RPGs like earthbound im tired of the same old crap with swords and dragons
      i want an RPG with guns and gangsters and modern day stuff

        		 YES!!! I love Earthbound! And there are rumors everywhere that the Nintendo Revolution will bring back all the classic games to life in a new 3-D world! It would be awsome to play a new Earthbound game, or any old NES, SNES game, or anything by Nintendo!

        The other cool thing about the Revolution is that we will all be able to download any Nintendo game from the last 20 years for free! Probably not Gamecube though, and if the game was for Nintendo and not owned or made by them, the download will cost a small fee.

        Earthbound is definetly the first game on my list of games to download onto the system when it comes out. And wouldn't it be awsome if the Nintendo Revolution came out with a new bad ass Duck Hunt game with a wireless laser gun or super scope type thing?

          		 I LOVED Earthbound, I LOVED the crazy bad guyz, I LOVED the way you could name pratically everything! Awwwwwww, memories. :D

            that would be so awesome. i hope they do that.
            and holy crap, i remember the Super Scope, that thing was awesome.

            What was your guys favorite place/town in Earthbound?
            I think mine was either Summers or the Lost Underworld (cause being tiny was so fun).
