      		 Well basically you can just find a picture you like and shrink it down to 80x80 pixels and upload it. You set your avatar on your profile page, all the way at the bottom. I have a bunch, but mine are 100x100. Though if you see something you like I can probably shrink it down for you.

        		 Take any gif (if you want animated) or jpeg file.

        If its an animated gif, go to www.gifworks.com and use their free online tool to rezie it until you get it down under 6k. Save it to your HD and then just upload it here.

        If its just a jpeg image, use any old tool to resize it so it fits the requirements here (no bigger than 80x80 and must be under 6k).
