I remember watching this show (might have been a movie) and all I remember is that it was clay animation, and there was a professor type guy, and a boy and a girl. And they flew around in some type of flying machine (could have been a time machine). At one point in the show they travelled to the garden of Eden i think it was, and the devil tricked the girl to eat an apple and then it gave the devil power or something and everything was going crazy, and they were trying to escape on the time machine.

This part scared me a lot when I was a kid.

The movie your thinking of is The Adventures of Mark Twain, a claymation by Will Vinton.
This is possibly the best claymation film I have ever seen, not just in terms of animation quality, but the story is awesome as well.
The story is about Mark Twain inventing a flying machine that he intends to fly into Hailey's comet. Huck Finn and a couple of other kids stowaway on board and the group has a series of adventures based on stories from Mark Twain.
The whole story is basicly an analogy for Mark Twain preparing to die and it does have some very dark moments. One scene involving satan is particularly disturbing.
Although it's not out on DVD yet and not an easy film to find, I highly recommend it.

Hey, this sounds awesome. Gotta get myself a copy somehow. I've always been fascinated with the fact that Mark Twain's birth and death coincided with Halley's comet passing Earth. So cosmic.
