I actually cannot remember any episodes of TMNT, which is pretty sad. I was only about four or five when TMNT was my life, before it faded away and movie franchises like Hook and Jurassic Park became my obsessions.
I've got TMNT Seasons 1 and 2 on DVD heading my way soon thanks to eBay, so at last I'll be able to relive one of the pillars of my childhood.
You know, my favorite part of TMNT isn't the episodes but the intro. I liked the dark action, how they flipped in the air and actually showed some martial arts skill. Thats actually how I got into anime, cause anime is more serious with the action and able to actually show people dying, even as a kid, those were the kinds of things I noticed. Anyways, as for episodes, my favorites were the ones with Usagi Yojimbo, you know, the samurai rabbit. He's a favorite of mine to this day.
Yeah, Usagi Yojimbo rules. I picked up one of the graphic novels at my campus library a while back (we have two libraries- a regular, boring one, and a cool one with comics and DVDs and stuff) and was like "holy crap, this is that rabbit from TMNT!"
I'd like to see those kids try to tell Miyamoto Usagi he can't have any Trix...
