    		 Does anyone remember those late 80's Club Med commercials that featured island beach scenes (much like the Corona ads of today) mixed with a dance version of the classic disco hit Hands Up (Give Me Your Heart)?

    The song (recorded by Toronto based group Sway) was a cover of the 1980 Disco hit Hands Up (Give Me Your Heart) by Ottawan

    The commercials became so popular, that in 1987, the song was released as a single and became one of the biggest hits in Canada of that year!

      		 i remeber the commericals, but i grew up jewish and for some reason, that song ALWAYS played at bar/bat mitvahs. so through no fault of my i own, i will never forget it, or the dance that goes with it

        I SO remember these commercials. I used to tape movies and television off TV a lot growing up, and for some reason this commercial would always be there.
