SuperMarioBro.1989 7 years 11 months ago Posts: 271	what disney movies do you own from the 60s to the 80s or early 90s. some of mine would be the Sword in the Stone, beauty and the beast, the nightmare before chrismas, Pocohontas, Pinochio(sp?), Oliver and Company, Sleeping Beauty, Snow white and the seven dwarves, and a ton of others... so what are some that you own??

MacPlus512 7 years 11 months ago Posts: 402	Here's what I've got: Snow White Pinnocchio Fantasia Bambi Alice in Wonderland Cinderella Lady and the Tramp Mary Poppins Fox and the Hound Little Mermaid Beauty and the Beast Aladdin Toy Story I also have the first 12 volumes of Disney Sing Along Songs, Volumes I and II of Classic Disney on cassette, an old Disney film favorites II tape on cassette (which we used to play in my mom's 1985 Honda Accord all the time from 1988-1990), and I got to see Little Mermaid in 1989 at the theater when it came out!!!

I have almost every one that's been released since the Plat. Ed. Snow White (which I had to buy on eBay, well after it was put back into the vault, for quite a sum of money). Peter Pan's coming out on tuesday!!!!

The old Disney movies with the singing in them were the best in my opinion(although I enjoyed The Incredibles and Toy Story)and I've seen all of them, except for Oliver and Company, which I've only seen bits and pieces of. And I'm definately gonna get me a copy of The Nightmare Before Christmas as soon as I can.(It's my favorite Disney movie)

I dont truly consider it a Disney movie (I know Touchstone Pictures is owned by Disney though) in the classic sense, but it's still one of my favorites. (I dont mean to sound pretentious, but I'm something of a Disney purist dork!)

rfalk 7 years 9 months ago Posts: 10	I have most of those as well as the Fox and the Hound and my all time fav. Robin Hood. I really didnt like Pinoccio or Dumbo though, they gave me weird dreams when I was sick.
