It was a great figure line that didn't really seem to make much of a dent in the childhood consciousness of the time, but I was pretty obsessed with it. I just added the Long Tom Doomboat and Lost Boy Attack Raft to my collection, so I whipped out the camera to photograph some of my stuff. I'm planning on writing a tribute article to this underappreciated, mostly forgotten Mattel line for the upcoming 15th anniversary of Hook (December 11 2006, mark your calendars!)

90schild87 8 years 26 days ago Posts: 527	holy shit, i had a few of those. defenantly the rufeo with bambu skateboard, but also i had the guy from the second photo at the bottom left corner. i also remember haveing a smee, i still have rufeos skateboard in my bathroom which i used to play with in the empty tub, pre techdeck.

I always wanted Smee, but I could never find him. I actually got my mum to ask this guy at the supermarket where I got most of my Hook figures to open a new box so I could look for Smee. No luck. Come to think of it, it's slightly disturbing that I would want Smee so much. Hook, yeah, he's a badass. Rufio, he was cool. Peter Pan, the hero. But Smee?
