System 8 years 7 months ago Posts: 74809	DVD's - I'm finally getting a respectable collection that ranges from horror to comedy to drama to everything else in between. Mostly horror I believe because that's my favorite genre. Books - I read everything from fantasy to satires to horrors to cookbooks to dictionarys. My bookcase is actually buckling right now and I'm in sore need of a new one. Aaaand Barbie Dolls! - I collect all the holiday Barbies along with their matching Christmas tree ornament for the last 14 years or so. I've been meaning to start a collection of Wonder Woman memorabilia but there's just so much stuff I don't even know where to start actually. I do have a couple items here and there but nothing worthy of collection status.

System 8 years 7 months ago Posts: 74809	I collect LP's, 45's, Cassette tapes, etc ... But the one thing I am a hardcore collector of is Atari Game Cartridges. I still have my original Atari 7800 that I got for Christmas of 1984. Originally, I just had around 12 games, but over the years, I've been collecting, and I now have 102 Atari 2600 games, and 5 Atari 7800 Games

I collect Anime Mascots (Stuffed animals of em at least) Some Anime Anime Merchdise (mostly figures) Pikachu stuff (Not alot though) Some Manga Old cartoon movies/shows. Videogame merch The thing about me is I don't go out and buy any videogame I can get my hands on. I only buy games I either like and want to play, or if it's just that rare, or to complete a collection. (Well or if it's really cheap, I'm talking like 2 bucks) An example would be the First TMNT game for the NES. I think the game sucks (sorry fans of the game) But it was a buck, and it completes my Turtles game collection. I also collect CDs and Movies based on Videogames. My movie collection is still suffering a bit. (I mean I don't have the Mortal Kombats! How could I?) What I mean by CDs is things like "White Knuckle Scorin" the CD Nintendo released a while back. I also have the two albums by the band "14 year old girls" Oh I collect some books too, like the Resident Evil ones, The Unicorn Cronicles, Animorphs, and I hope to get all the Xanth someday. My biggest collection though is of anything MEGAMAN. Not only do I plan on getting every single game he has (inculding only released in Japan games and re-releases for other systems) I snatch up anything MegaMan I can get my hands on! Though admitingly I slack off when it comes to the Battle Network stuff. I'm just not a big fan of that incarnation.

If I see a figure of a favourite character, I'll buy it, without really caring if I get the rest or not. I used to collect Beanie Babies, Pokemon figures, fast food toys... Right now I'm super into collecting art books, designer toys (like Dunny), Richard Adams novels, and foreign Disney movie/Broadway musical soundtracks. And if anyone can provide a link or give me some info on the latter, I'd really appreciate it. I found an Italian site with a lot of foreign soundtracks, but I'm not fluent in the language.

I also collect action figures (although i do less of it cuz im big into game collecting but i got tons of old ninja turtles, heman, ghostbusters and tons of other stuff). I also have a pretty large collection of DVDs (mostly new but lots of tv show season dvds and horror movies like friday the 13th, freddy, amityville, etc..) as well as a GI joe movie on VHS and a transformers movie, both bought long ago when I was very young (im 23 now), not taped from tv or something.

And at 50 cents a tape I can't resist), also movie, tv and music stuff on VHS and DVD. I'm not much into video games but I have a Namco system with Original Pac-Man, Rally-X racing, Bosconian, DigDug and Galaxian; I bought my older sister a Namco system too. Hers is pretty much the same except it's got Ms. Pacman instead of Pacman.

ChrisMCB 8 years 4 months ago Posts: 211	i just got a comemratve edition mr machine with a dvd of all the commericals for my birthday from my wife...it also came with a collecters book and certificate....this was the one you could take apart....i also got one of the one from the 70s that you could not take apart..that is the one i had...it was my favorite toy growing up!!
