    		 I can't remember the name of it, and I was wondering if anyone here could tell me.

    All I can remember is that it's animated. It's based around a man. His hair was red, his life sucked, and everytime he got frustrated a pulse on the side of his head would pump really fast and you could see it stick out.

    Oh and I remember he would always pass a slow old lady making her way to the mailbox every now and then.
