            Top 5 shows...EVER:

            5. Seinfeld: No explanation needed; the definitive slice of pop culture.

            4. South Park: A show that just won't die, yet unlike so many other long-running sitcoms and/or animated series, it still manages to find cutting-edge, controversial ways to shock and tickle their demograph. What other show would have the guts to make Mel Gibson a crossdressing, truck-driving, bouncy lunatic?

            3. Twin Peaks: Ahead of its time, dark as hell, and brilliantly rendered, this creation of David Lynch's stirred up in its first season and fizzled out by the second, but took a murder mystery that could have been a 300-page subway book collecting dust at your local library and emerged as a surreal descent into a macabre Bizarro World.

            2. Family Guy: Freakin' sweet! Enough said. A show with few unmemorable moments and a chockful of the politically incorrect in a time screaming for such "wrongitude".

            1. 24: A concept that could have killed a series after two, even one, season, 24 exploded onto Fox in 2001 with a real-time concept, premises involving terrorism that would put ANY espionage writer to shame, and Kiefer Sutherland, ever so sweet, obliterating them evil terrorists! IMO the Star Trek of action series.
"I'd buy that for a dollar!"

*Cooper spits piping hot coffee out of his mouth*
            "Damn good coffee...and hot!"
