Just wondering, even though this has probably been done to death. What's your favorite or one of your favorite t.v. show/s that you feel stand the test of time.

I liked the 'Wonder Years', a rock solid story about the pains and joys of growing up. It had comedy, drama and a bittersweet love story.

*sings* What would you do, if I sang out of tune, would you stand up and walk out with me.....

Space Cases all the way. :D The show was ahead of it's time when it ran on Nickelodeon in 1996. I wish this would come out on DVD soon. The Sci-Fi channel has shown interest in getting the rights to the show to remake it better than ever. Nick cancelled the show due to a creative control struggle between the creators and the network, the network couldn't have it's way, and despite the shows popularity, cancelled it. :(

          Greatest....

Are you afraid of the dark and X-files I watched those both religiously.

As for cartoons I have too many to name but some tops ones are: Ducktales, Real Ghostbusters, Danger Mouse, Gummi Bears, Batman the Animated series...the list goes on but I'll stop there. :)

Ya, the original Twilight Zone was good, those are truly timeless. It's funny how simple the ideas were but how well the execution was pulled off well.

I would have to say the X Files is my all time favorite TV show. Truly ahead of it's time.

I agree with the Simpsons. I thought about it the other day and realized that there are over 50 episodes that I can watch over and over that just keep me laughing beginning to end.

I'm not too sure whether 'Knightmare' was shown in America or anywhere other than the UK. 'Knightmare' for those who don't know was a live action fantasy gameshow for kids. There are four contestants, three in the studio with the presenter 'Tregard' and one out in the dungeons and caves and whatever else fantasy novels are filled with. The kid out in the dugeons has a helmet on that covers his/hers eyes, and the friends have to guide him/her around the place, by calling out, while watching the 'dungeoneer' on a TV screen. It was all computerised, cheesily. Looked great when I was a kid though. There we're trolls, Jesters, dragons all sorts of stuff. It was awesome :)
