I have come upon posts on video game consoles, halo vs. splinter cell, he-man, video game characters, thundercats and other happy BS from the past.

Post your reading list if your brain cells haven't been completely destroyed by the friggin' junk we grew up with and still remember what books are.

Here is what I have next to my bed:
    1. The Bible
    2. FM 7-8, Infantry Rifle Platoon
    3. Starship Troopers, by Robert Heinlein
    4. Once an Eagle, by Anton Myrer
    5. Ernst and Young Guide to Personal Financial Planning

At the moment I'm reading American Gods by Neil Gaiman, and to break that up (it's a long book) I read an issue or two of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles comic from the 90s, which I bought the set of on eBay recently.

The Bible , the third book in the series Dragons in our midst (great series), and Piercing the Darkness by Frank peretti. I plan to read the sequel to Eragon (Eldest) when it comes out soon. That's all I have on my agenda for now.

Currently, I am reading "The Devil's Race-track." It is a collection of short stories and essays written by Mark Twain near the end of his life.

                                    1. "Make Love *The Bruce Campbell Way". It's nowhere near as good as his autobiography "If Chins Could Kill", but still, it's a fun read, plus he signed it for me, which automatically makes it a prized possession.
