    		 Ok the show featured a planet of lava or something to that effect and everything had to be suspended by wires above it. The toys were SO FREAKIN cool- you strung strings around your room and the toys slid down them- thrillmatic.

          		 Yeah, its Sky Commanders. It was a cartoon based off a toy line (surprise surprise, almost all of the 80's cartoons were based off of toy lines) who's gimmick was that they came with strings you would hook up around your room, and they would slide around on the strings via a hooked backpack, sort of like a zip line.
