    Here's something that I used to LOVE watching this when I was a kid ... In 1979, the National Film Board of Canada produced a 3 minute short cartoon called The Log Driver's Waltz. Popular Canadian folk singing sisters Kate and Anna McGarrigle recorded the title song for this cartoon that featured a log driver sailing down the river.

    In the 80's, this was shown on almost all Canadian networks during commercial breaks. Those were the days :D

      i remember that but that cartoon made it seem like being a log driver was gay
      but i was funny in ways and the song always got stick in my head for days

            I remember watching that animated short alot in the late 70's-80's had a catchy tune to it and I guess it was on during the commercial breaks on the CBC.
