Not sure the most but I remember running out of the room every time Bruce Banner would start to change into the Hulk. I'd come back to watch after he was done transforming.

anyone remember this muppet show on in 89 or so, it was about this guy with a magic bag, and he caught death in it and then after awhile all the old people come and want him to set death free, so he does and from then on death is scaed of him and so he gives his bag to a man going into heaven and ask him to call him into the bag, and then the narrator say, but once in heaven there are no memories so he lost his bag and wanders forever.

That scared the crap out of me. As with the return to o movie, those rollers, and this chokey movie.

can anyone remember the name of this?

I think the show was called the "Jim Henson Hour"

i know im a lil late, but thanks

I was always terrified of big dogs. Until I was five, I lived in a crowded neighborhood where there were always stray dogs wandering up in my yard. One day I was taking a walk around the block with my mom when these peoples' dogs all came running out and started fighting. It was so scary! I'm still kind of nervous around big dogs.

i dunno how i forget this one! this was a biggie... maybe the biggest... i was afraid of big dogs and any dogs that were hyper and jumped all over you. if it was an older chilled out dog, not so much. i still to this day get a little twinge of fear in the back of my mind when i see a big dog, but i have it under control. its more of a left over gut-reflex now.

i was also afraid of fireworks... any big loud noises really, like the garbage truck and the street sweeper... like i said before, i was such a baby...

Thriller...I always thought that the Michael Jackson werewolf was hiding under my bed at night.

                      ...and...

The can-can girls (dancing girls as I called them as a kid) dancing out of my bedroom closet. I always had my mom mak sure that my closet door was shut tight before I went to sleep.

Aw jeez, another silly bump, only 8 months old.

While I did said this on a similar thread, I always looked away from the transformation scene of the rebellious boys turning into asses in both the Disney animated and 1999 live action films of Pinocchio. The live action version was much scarier.

The heater in the back room of my basement. When I was a kid my Dad put up a wall in our basement to prevent us kids from crawlin into the machines, but whenever I saw my Dad go back there and looked at the heater, it scared me. IDK why, it's weird.

I was also scared when I was young when my mother used to say ''You're going to the Burger King lady's house''.

And this is what ReedsRetroMommy would say:

That thing scares the bejeezus out of me. I will actually CRY if I accidentally see a commercial with him in it. I dont know what it is about him.... he is just really really scary.":evil:

With me, It was the Child's Play movies of the early 90's and 80's.

are you afraid of the dark lol the episode where the kid steals the clowns nose me and my sister as kids use to tell everyone it was "the scariest episode ever" lol its not even scary tho if u watch it! Also just the intro to Are you afraid of the dark.

UNSOLVED MYSTERIES!!! The stories they did about ghosts and stuff and the theme music scared the crap out of me, especially if nobody was home and i watched it by myself!

As well as America's Most Wanted, the early days in which the shows were a bit more darker then they are now, when the show first started. You can kind of get an idea of how it use to be from the parody of the show they do on The Simpsons episode with the babysitter bandit. Don't remember what the episode is called but it use to be like that "WARNING THIS PERSON IS ESCAPED, KILLS PEOPLE AND WILL MURDER YOU!!! IF YOU HAVE ANY INFO PLEASE CONTACT JOHN WALSH!" ....lol something like that plus freaky music.

The part on Pee-Wee's Big Adventure where he hitches a ride with the trucker and she tells him a story about a car crash and she goes "and when they dragged her body out of the car accident her face looked....JUST.....LIKE....THIIIS!!!!" and then she makes that freaky face with her eyes popping out of her head and stuff,

The move Arachnophobia. It still scares me, Spiders are the only thing I'm afraid of today but man I hate them. Well that and getting older, aging/death. I hate watching 1000 ways to die it gives me a morbid feeling.

My gf's afraid of alf to this day and i love him so she gets mad at me for having alf toys or episodes lol.....my sister is also scared of ET.

The Demented Mankind use to freak me out when he first debut in WWF wrestling.
The Shining, I had a Beta version that my parents use to own. I use to watch it when I was very young and I love it but it scared the crap out of me!
