The Apple 1984 commercial 3. Early Star Wars action figure commercials Of course I will check the videos on this site. Those were some of the ones I've always liked.

TerryRetro76 8 years 2 months ago Posts: 5	There are many commercials I would love to see again from the LA area and among them is the old 1970s ad for the Norton Simon Museum with Candice Bergen, a 1985 ad for Disneyland regarding the Main Street Electrical Parade, a 1984 Circus Vargas ad with the jingle, "The Big One Is Back", some pre 1980s ads for Carpeteria, a disco-fied Toys r Us ad with Geoffery, and many others to mention. I have many classic tv commercials on VHS and DVD that go as early as the 50s. They are classics ranging from national ads to local ads (Los Angeles area) including Cal Worthington, Dial Chevrolet, Zodys, Koby's Shoes and others.

They always used to show them on WWOR during The Monkees, along with ads for DeVry Institutes and those Sally Struthers "Do you wanna make more money?" ads. Apex Tech featured its founder, a middle-aged balding man in a jumpsuit, saying that, at Apex Tech, "you start with an empty toolbox." Every ad ended with him saying, "Now, I can't call you! Pick up the phone, and call us now!"

Pick up the phone, and call us now!" haha, those sally struthers commercials: "....tv vcr repair, computer programming, or get your degree, you can major in business management or accounting" i used to have the whole thing memorized, but i lost it somewhere in my brain.

It had Devo's “Whip It” in the background. 2. Remember the Frankenstein and little girl Twix Commercial from 1997? If anybody has either those commercials on tape, it would mean a lot to me if somebody could post one of them or both.

I know I have Hostess chips, the "whats the diff?" coke/pepsi one, Jolly Ranchers, Alfa Bits cereal, Hypercolor shirts, a few PSA's , many more than that. I am in the process of going through about 200 hours of video tape and separating everything. It will all go onto my youtube eventually, I don't think I will be putting anything up here, I'm much too lazy to go through all the commercials on RJ to see what they already have.

jetfire426 7 years 10 months ago Posts: 402	I wish i could see this commerical.. it was for the Soda called "Slice" and it was a cartoon.. in which this character walked out and saw the drink and then he had some huge pencil and started to draw out the drink or something.. it was cool for its time.. can't find it anywhere...
