I just so happen to have a Hong Kong version Dreamcast. It has a red spiral like the US model (UK model has a blue spiral), but a silver triangle instead of a gray one. It also doesn't come with a modem. The machine outputs a NTSC signal and plays only Japanese region games unless you use a swap disc.

China also has a lot of bootleg "versions" of older consoles such as the Nintendo Famicom.

Today, China has their own version of the Nintendo 64.
It is known as the iQue player.
The hardware is built into player 1's controller, and the controllers all look more like Dreamcast controllers.
Rather than buying games on seperate cartridges, the iQue player includes a memory card you can take to kiosks and buy more games to install onto the memory card.
Once your game(s) has/have been installed, just take the memory card home and get gaming!

Mainly because China pirates everything, they don't usually see a chinese version of a console.
