It starred Stephen Collins (7th Heaven) and some other cast and it was sort of a take off of Indiana Jones. They had to protect this gold monkey relic or something and there was a jungle and a bar and it took place in the 1930s. Collins character was a cargo pilot and of course it starred opposite a pretty lady and a dog named Jack who wore an eye patch.
Oh and it was live action.

I remember watching that show. It wasn't all too bad, but got canceled pretty quick nonetheless. An Indy-esque main character with an amphibious cargo plane, goofy side-kick and a one-eyed dog. Pretty cool.
