Hehe, yeah, it was cool. Same goes with Wacky Races. And all those cross-over episodes of various Hanna Barbera toons with the Harlem Globetrotters versus all takers. And Don Knotts in Scooby Doo. Oh, man, Don Knotts.

Why can't cartoons be that cheesy these days?

Anything Hanna Barbara is the best, it still lives today in a more degrating manner on Adult Swim. I love Adult Swim and how the shows use Barbara's characters in very humorous ways. My little brother has tapes of Flintstones and Jetsons, its amazing he likes that stuff too.

If I remember correctly it was the Scoobie Doobies, Yogi Yahooeys and the Really Rottens.

I was more incline to Scoobies team b/c they had captain Caveman and Blue Falcon and Wondermutt...Those are classic Hanna Barbera cartoons...

They sure dont make them like they use to.

Yeah it's like "Smash Brothers Hanna Barbara Style", always a fun to watch. Haven't seen this in forever though, I'll have to track down some episodes.

They took the best aspects of HB and collided them to make a really good show. I just only wished they used some real villians instead of the made up guys in the toon. Wouldn't it be great if they brought back the show and added the Cartoon Cartoon or Adult Swim characters? With Brak and Snagglepuss as host! Then again it's me dreaming.

                    I loved The Laff-Olympics.

The idea of the series was taken from one episode of the Sneek Brothers, but I can't think of the name of the episode.

well, I'm not sure on the particulars, but it does sound similar to ol episode "The Perception is Wonky" from the original series. Ring a bell or am I off base?

Beaver the Silly Boy's voice was creepy..... it was sexually oriented but childlike. The mayor of the beaver dam was awesome though, and no name is greater than Muffy McGraw!!!

And come to think of it, the Really Rotten mascot "Mumbly" had a very similiar snickering laugh to the Sneek Brother's cycloptic cat adversary "Mr Rigamaroll"

haha, damn, the whole universe is perverse, and you really didn't get it as a kid. Much like Pee Wee's Playhouse. I mean a Sea Cucumber named Dick Steamwhistle? WTF!

I wonder if Hanna-Barbera got sued over the simularity.
