They have some of the greatest games on them and it was a big improvment over the nes

Personally, I'm not a fan. This is the system that started adding too many buttons. It had the worst accessory, the bazooka. Most of the games weren't original ideas but "upgrades" from previous games that were just made too complex. I'll take my original NES with its two button goodness any day.

One of my two favorite game consoles ever. Out of the ten systems I have hooked up to my TV, it gets the most use.

#2 on my top list of consoles (Colecovison is the first), they had a great library of games.

The Super Nintendo is my favorite console ever made, but that might change after the release of the Nintendo Wii.

The SNES is, and forever will be, my favorite as well as the best console ever. The games were simply awesome.

The SNES is the best system of all time. I dont like all these 3D gun games and crap like XBox, I like a good old Street Fighter and the 16 bit stuff. That is where it is at, Halo boo its alot rader to stay up with the homies and play mario cart on battle mode on the SNES and pop in a good CD and play all night. I wanna have fun I dont wanna shot people I would rather kick ass

Yep, I'm another one here who really enjoyed the SNES. I liked it better than the NES, though.

That aside, I liked a lot of the games for the SNES, seemingly. You know, like Star Fox, Link to the Past, Donkey Kong Country, Super Mario World, Super Mario RPG, Street Fighter II, etc. When the N64 came out, I was deadset against it (I did end up with one, though). I still played my SNES more than my N64. I played it more than any other console I had as well...although, N64 had Ocarina of Time...totally awesome!

I loved SNES, and I like my Genesis too. It's crazy how these systems are big again, in my local vid game stores they sell them for like 30-40 dollars, and some games are pretty pricey. I dunno, I think I'm going to buy them all again.
