Godzilla - The old cartoon with Godzookie and the group of people who could summon Godzilla with a small communicator.
The Herculoids- I think this cartoon may date back to the mid to late 60's... I won't bother attempting a description because I'd butcher it horribly (I'll try to find a picture or something)
Hong Kong Phooey - My favorite of these three. A mild-mannered dog janitor hops into a filing cabinet (just as superman transformed in telephone booths), emerging as Hong Kong Phooey, number one super guy. With the help of his sidekick (a cat who helps the fumbling superhero catch criminals) and 'The Hong Kong Book of Kung-Fu', He drives around in his car, (which transforms into several different vehicles at the sound of a gong), trying to help those who need it, while at the same time feeding his ego.
