Not possible.
iirc USB is either +/- 5 or 6 volts, and I believe around ~500mA, which isn't enough power to get an SNES going.
However, you CAN take out the adapter jack on the PCB, and where the adapter was, put two wires coming out of it (iirc one should be in the - hole and the other in the + on the PCB), get one or two 9.6v RC Car batteries and some clips for them, and run your SNES off a battery. (Note this will require some desoldering/soldering skills.)
And I believe you can run an SNES off a 7.2v Sony InfoLithium battery (but good luck finding a charger (and a clip) for it, iirc this is a digital cam(era|corder) battery)
Oh yeah, and the adaptor for SNES is ~10v DC, 850mA.
