Know any? Most of them are british.

Thomas the tank engine: Personal fave of mine. I still watch the new series when I get the chance just for the memory's. My fave characters were the villan Diesel and the helicopter named Harold. There was a film with Alec Baldwin that came out 5 years ago which was utter crap. I reckon loads of adults still like this show.

TUGS: This show only ran for one series. It was about 2 rival tugboat companies. Main characters were Ten Cents and his friend Sunshine. This was made by the same people who did Thomas the tank engine.

Postman Pat: This used to be my fave TV programme. There was a new series out last year. The new characters were an indian family who were Pat's best mates even though he's just known them 5 minutes. I reckon they were only in it for PC as there wasn't a black character before.

Chucklevision: This show was class. It was about 2 brothers named Paul and Barry who did veries of jobs and get into all sorts of trouble annoyed the boss (was always played by the same actor) who was famous for his "no slacking" quote. Barry was the not-so-clever one and Paul was the self centered one and used to pick on Barry to do all the work. I saw them in a play a 8 years ago and I had the good fortune of getting their autographs. They were both nice people.

Dennis the Menace: Not the same one who terrioised Mr Wilson. This is the UK Dennis the Menace. He has his own comic strip as well as a TV show. Istead of Mr Wilson you've got Walter the softy, Dennis's mates were Curly and Pie-face who had a fondness for pies. He had a dog called Gnasher. New for the cartoon was his neigbour just called the colonel and Sargent Slipper (a cop).

Blinky Bill: Aussie Cartoon about a mischievous Koala and his mates such as Flap the duck and Sploedge the kangeroo. I've got the film recorded and it was on TV at Xmas lat year.

    That's my list for now.

I LOVE Blinky Bill! The theme song ownz...it just needs more appearances by Daisy Dingo. That girl's like the Daisy Duke of the outback.

The dingo's weren't in the movie. I remember watching "home and away" about 2 years ago. Don Fisher was at a funfair and there was a guy dressed up as Blinky Bill in the background which was good to see.

You have to be careful talking about Australian stuff, Captain N. Americans don't get force-fed our pop culture like we do theirs. I like it that way, though... we get the best of British, American, and Australian. I pity anyone who's never had Nutri Grain, Milo, or a Bubble-O-Bill. :D

Just while I have another Aussie listening... remember Agro's Cartoon Connection? That show farkin' rocked, I was up at 7 AM every morning to watch it. That and Saturday Disney, which is still on but without the cool toons (although it does have a couple of HOT chicks hosting it).

I've seen postman Pat and Tugs before on American tv, or maybe satellite. I have the intro for Postman Pat and a bunch of the shows Garbage glyn listed. I want to start uploading them to the site but I've never actually seen half the shows so I don't know what to put in the description.
I don't know about you, Miss Kitty, but I feel so much... yummier

Badkitty, You might find the descriptions on www.TV.com which was the old TV tome.

More shows to add to the list.

Thunderbids: This show was ace. This was where the idea for "Team America" came from and it would what Thunderbirds would have looked like if Matt Stone and Tray parker invented it. It was about a top secret rescue squad called International Rescue who sometimes enlisted the help of a Lady penelope bristish secret agent and her Butler/Cheofeur Parker. Instead of Kim Jong Il, there was a guy just named "the hood" who was after the secrets of the International rescue but they never saw him as he was in disguise. Whatever you do don't see the film, They've changed it so it was aimed for kids.

Captain Scarlet: Same people who made "Thunderbirds" Captain Scarlet was an indestructable secret agent who battled alien lifeforms called the Mysterons who would appear to be invisable. They would kill people or destroy objects to take control of them. The most famous mysteron was Captain Scarlet's old colleuge Captain Black. PC complained at the time it came out saying this show was racist because of Captain Black but this backfied because this was the first show to have Black people in heroic roles e.g lieutenant Green. A new series has come cout and its in CGI. It's ok but not as good as the original.
