      I actually know what episode of Action League Now! the KaBlam! clip is from. It's "The Wrath of Spotzilla".

          I definitely remember this bumper. But I completely forgot about The Wubbulous World of Dr. Seuss--it didn't last too long.

          KaBLAM! though... that was my show.

            I think this bump (despite the fact that I don't remember this) promoted the premiere of The Wubbulous World of Dr. Seuss, Hey Arnold! and KaBlam!, so it may be from 1996.
