This commercial terrified me as a kid. Insane!

Well, drugs DO make you do stupid scary stuff. I actually had a friend who, while ON drugs (crack, I do believe) go to a closed swimming pool and jump off the highdive, all because one of his crackhead buddies told him to. But either way, it's all the same thing, it'll kill you. Either by doing something stupid, or by it killing you itself. Love the message of these.

This also made me think drugs made you do stupid scary stuff not that drugs will kill you *like* jumping into a waterless pool.

Oh wow, I remember teachers who used to record these, and show them to us in class, especially during "D.A.R.E." week. I got thrown out of my 4th grade class for laughing at this. :/

This is one of the PSAs that scared me away from doing drugs for life. That, the fried egg, and the "Snake" dude who turns into a fuckin' snake-man.

This commercial use to scare the crap out of me when I was a kid.

I remember this commercial. It didn't really help me though.

I most definatly remember this comercial, and like the person who submitted it, I too kind of thought she was a "Cute girl" (just starting to go through my childhood to manhood changes I guess), but Anyway, this comercial had scared me from getting into drugs, despite only seeingit a few times. I did not pay attention to what the narrorator had said (Probably because I was focusing on the girl lol) but I do remember the ending part about drugs making you jump into a pool without water :O

I saw this as a kid too. I didn't quite get it at the time, lol. But now it's very obvious.
