I remember this word for word. I also remember watching all those new episodes. If I recall, the burping thing didn't really serve a purpose other than to alert Alex that something weird was going on.
HOLY SHIZ! I used to love this show! I always wanted her powers when I was younger....gawd, it would've been fun to turn some people into puddles of goo! xD
The burping up junk was a little much.
Oh, yah. And I can turn my friends into puddles of goo too! I just haven't seen many people recover from the process. (Chemistry is fun!)
