Goosebumps Videos (1990)

I remember being one of the first ones to see this commerical (in color of course lol). I was at the mall with my mom one year before it came out and the company that was making the videos sent their marketers out to conduct marketing surveys and I got to be chosen for it and they pulled us into this office with cubicles and told us what they were doing and then showed us this commercial and then about a five minute clip from Stay Out of the Basement. Got paid $5 for that and my mom kept the money.

OMG. One of my bday parties was Goosebumps themed. We got halfway through The Haunted Mask, and two of my friends threw such a fit, we had to turn it off. Lame.

oh man I still have all my old goosebump books somewhere at my parents house. Everyone I knew read these at one point. I remember we had to write mini reviews on books once in class and everyone did theirs on a goosebump book and the teacher was kinda frustrated. Hey but they actually got us to read and not play video games or do heroin.

Goosebumps got me into reading. If I find used copies at a store I'll buy them for a quick read.
